GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The Faculty of Medical Profession is a professional department under the direct leadership of the Board of Directors in charge of professional matters and is responsible to the Board of Directors for the following work contents:
- Medical profession;
- Health insurance work, PVI Insurance;
- Information Technology;
- External service work;
MISSION
- Medical profession
- Based on the tasks of the Health Center, guide departments/offices to plan the implementation of professional activities of the Health Center.
- Organize, monitor, urge and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of hospital plans and regulations to report to the Board of Directors for consideration and direction.
- Summarize and evaluate professional work in the entire Medical Center, deploy scientific research work in the entire Medical Center.
- Organize the coordination of medical examination and treatment between departments/offices in the Medical Center, between the Medical Center and relevant agencies/offices, inside and outside Vietsovpetro Joint Stock Company, to improve the effectiveness of medical examination and treatment;
- Organize and implement international cooperation work according to the plan of the Medical Center and State regulations.
- Ensure the storage, statistics, and exploitation of medical records and health management records of Vietsovpetro employees according to regulations.
- Develop a plan for technical professional development of the Medical Center to submit to the Board of Directors for approval and report to superiors.
- Periodically summarize and review medical examination and treatment work and other medical services, report to the Board of Directors and superior agencies.
- Health Insurance Work:
- Advise the Board of Directors to organize medical examination and treatment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment and the Law on Health Insurance, within the scope of technical expertise, ensuring quality and professional regulations with simple procedures, convenient for patients;
- Advise the Board of Directors to resolve problems and inconsistencies in the process of health insurance examination and treatment, and PVI hospital fee guarantee.
- Coordinate with the Provincial Social Insurance Appraisers and PVI Insurance Company to resolve complaints and problems in ensuring the rights of health insurance participants and PVI for health insurance/PVI participants.
- Check, detect and notify the Social Insurance of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province/PVI Insurance Company of any violations in the use of health insurance cards/PVI cards; Coordinate with the Social Insurance of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province/PVI Insurance Company to revoke, temporarily detain health insurance cards/PVI cards and handle violations according to their authority as prescribed;
- Coordinate and support the accounting department to effectively carry out the settlement of medical examination and treatment costs under health insurance/PVI with Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Social Insurance/PVI Insurance Company.
- IT work:
- Develop plans and deploy information technology applications at the Medical Center.
- Provide training to improve the ability to apply information technology for staff of the Health Center.
- E-hospital network administration - hospital management system
- Manage hospital website, internal website to keep information updated continuously.
- External service work:
- Advise the Board of Directors to organize and implement external services of the Medical Center.
- Be the focal point for receiving medical service requests from customers.
- Be the focal point for organizing and signing contracts to provide medical services to outside of the Medical Center;
- Organize and implement signed external service contracts;
- Calculate health examination costs according to the contract and send to the accounting department to process payment with the customer;
- Propose reasonable pricing mechanisms for each specific type of customer;
- Coordinate with departments/offices to respond to and resolve complaints, problems and issues arising during contract implementation;
- Customer care to maintain and develop signed service contracts;
- Advise the Board of Directors to expand and develop external services.
