1. FUNCTIONS - DUTIES

• General medical examination and treatment;
• Perform health care, emergency, medical examination and treatment for Vietsovpetro employees and relatives of Russian employees;
• Ensure medical care on Vietsovpetro's offshore projects;
• Provide medical support for Vietsovpetro's member units;
• Manage health of Vietsovpetro's workers;
• Implementing Vietsovpetro's YTDP work;
• Implementing the Government's sea and island health tasks assigned to VSP;
• Providing services to the outside.

2. RESOURCES:

The Center has a team of highly skilled staff and workers currently managing 22 medical stations on marine and 2 medical departments on board, 8 departments and 3 functional rooms. With modern technical facilities equal to provincial hospitals and a team of existing doctors and nurses, the Center has sufficient experience, expertise and legal capacity to conduct health examinations and detect occupational diseases for individuals and organizations upon request.

On average, the Medical Center performs 150,000 medical examinations and treating patients, performing hundreds of thousands of test slides, digestive endoscopy, X-rays, CT-scanners, MRIs and mammograms.

The Medical Center is equipped with modern medical equipment including:

* Imaging diagnosis: 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine; 64-slice CT scanner; Digital X-ray machine - increased brightness; Dental X-ray machine; Mammography machine; Bone mineral measuring machine; Color fundus camera; Color ultrasound machine, 3D, 4D ultrasound machine...

* Testing: Laboratory specializing in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology and molecular biology.

* Functional examination: Gastroduodenal endoscopy system colonoscopy, colonoscopy, diagnostic navigation machine, electrocardiograph, complete audiometer; respiratory function meter.

* Hyperbaric oxygen treatment system.

* Artificial kidney filtration system.

* ENT, eye, maxillofacial examination and treatment system with modern machines such as flexible endoscope, fundus photography.

* Oriental Medicine Department rehabilitation: treatment of paralyzed patients, post-operative musculoskeletal patients including craniotomy.

* Operating rooms with modern surgical and anesthesia equipment.

* Emergency rooms are fully equipped with modern machinery such as electric shock machines, ventilators, and monitor systems.

* Regarding emergency transportation: The center is equipped with 5 ambulances, including 02 specialized ambulances, ensuring good emergency work outside the hospital and emergency transport.
