Russian Clinic

1. Function :

Russian Clinic - Vietsovpetro Medical Center focuses on examination, diagnosis and treatment for Vietsovpetro employees with Russian nationality and their family members. Specifically including:

• 24/7 medical emergency;
• In-depth specialized examinations such as: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ear-Nose-Throat, Dentistry, Neurology, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation Department...
• General health check-up, periodic health check-up, health check-up before dispatching to sea for Russian nationals to work on marine projects of Vietsovpetro Joint Stock Company.
• Directly conduct inspections on alcohol and drug use.

The Russian Clinic of Vietsovpetro Medical Center performs preventive medical and epidemiological work (performed by Russian doctors), as well as occupational safety and hygiene and prevention of occupational diseases.

• Conduct regular and periodic inspections of sanitation and epidemic prevention work on marine and shore facilities in Sub-area I, Five-storey building.
• Grasp promptly and quickly provide solutions to prevent the spread of disease as well as remedies.
• Strictly check the quality of food and drinking water at the storage places in the Five-storey Sub-Area I.

In addition, the Russian Clinic of Vietsovpetro Medical Center also provides medicine, supplies and medical equipment. And completes other tasks assigned by Vietsovpetro leaders.

2. Mission :

• Providing medical services to Russian employees working at Vietsovpetro and their family members.
• Providing external medical services to Russian nationals who do not work at Vietsovpetro Joint Stock Company
• Manage materials and assets of the Medical Center according to the regulations issued by the Vietsovpetro Joint Venture and the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• Organize initial patient emergency care, coordinate with Vietnamese clinics to promptly treat or transfer Russian patients to higher levels (to Ho Chi Minh City).
