The Reception Department is where the procedures for guiding, logging in and transferring patients to clinics are carried out.

  1. The functions of the receiving department include:
  • Receive, guide and advise on medical examination and treatment services at the Medical Center in a thoughtful and attentive manner;
  • Support patients during examination and treatment at the medical center, provide information to patients on medical center regulations and procedures;
  • Receive and guide customers and patients for examination and treatment under insurance, health check-ups, and recruitment check-ups under contracts with organizations.
  • Receive feedback from customers and patients when questions and complaints occur.
