GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Function:

The Accounting Department of Vietsovpetro Medical Center is a professional department under the direct leadership of the Director of the Medical Center, advising on directions, measures, and regulations for financial management, implementing the Director's financial decisions, and organizing the implementation of accounting work to be effective, economical, avoid waste, and comply with current regulations and regimes.

Specific tasks:

- Based on current policies and regulations and the hospital's work plan, prepare the hospital's budget and revenue and expenditure plan and organize implementation when the plan is approved.

- Following the economic accounting orientation in medical examination and treatment, strictly organize and manage hospital fee collection according to regulations.

- According to the budget plan and other sources of revenue, the organization builds spending norms for each specific activity of the Medical Center.

- Organize accounting work in the hospital in accordance with current regulations.

- Perform labor and salary accounting, policies, materials, assets, and administrative work accurately and promptly. Organize, guide, inspect, and supervise accounting work and hospital revenue and expenditure regimes.

- Periodically perform financial statements, asset summary, and asset inventory.

- Organize the storage and preservation of accounting documents and books in accordance with State regulations.

- Synthesize the situation, specific data, and analyze the hospital's performance.

- Implement the collection and payment of personal income tax for high-income earners according to regulations.

- Carry out financial transaction procedures with commercial banks that have opened accounts.

- Issue and circulate accounting documents according to regulations.

- Prepare and submit financial reports on time to Vietsovpetro Joint Venture to summarize general settlement, provide information and accounting data according to current regulations of the State to serve the management and operation of the Director and superiors.

- Conduct financial self-inspection and financial disclosure in accordance with regulations.

Specific requirements of accounting:

- Fully reflect economic and financial transactions arising in accounting documents, accounting books and financial reports.

- Timely and accurate reflection of accounting information and data.

- Clearly, easily understood and accurately reflects accounting information and data.

- Honestly reflect the current status, nature of events, content and value of economic and financial transactions.

- Accounting information and data must be continuously reflected from the beginning to the end of economic and financial activities, from the establishment of the hospital. Accounting data reflected in this period must follow the accounting data in the previous period.
