MEETING TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY 12.5

In celebration of International Nursing Day, May 12, 2024, Vietsovpetro Medical Center organized a seminar on Nursing to recognize and honor the professional value as well as the important contributions of the Nurses/Technicians of Vietsovpetro Medical Center in patient health care; thereby improving the quality of nursing work and patient care at the Medical Center through a discussion of real-life professional situations during the work process at the Medical Center.

Attending the program were Deputy Director Dr. Nguyen Van Hiep and Deputy Director Dr. Pham Van Bay, heads and deputy heads of departments and many brothers and sisters in the Nursing/Technician block of the Medical Center.

At the beginning of the program, Associate Director Dr. Pham Van Bay gave an opening speech by sharing the history of the International Nurses Day, thereby honoring the contributions of the Nursing/Technician group of the Medical Center and encouraging them to complete their assigned tasks well.

Next, in charge of the Nursing block, CN Le Van Dao launched the message of the World Council of Nurses on International Nurses Day 2024: "Our nurses. Our future. The economic efficiency of nursing care"

The highlight of the program is a series of discussions on handling real-life situations while working at the Medical Center.

Situations related to how to welcome patients, how to guide patients, how to solve problems when they arise at work. All are practical lessons, emphasized, discussed and given the most appropriate solutions to help the Nursing/Technician staff to standardize their work style and behavior.

The program ended with many happy smiles from everyone, because they had the chance to meet, exchange and give useful comments to improve the quality of nursing service, contributing to improving the effectiveness of medical care at the Health Center.
