2024 Production and Business Summary Conference

Pursuant to Decision No. 1741/QD-KH of the General Director of Vietsovpetro Joint Venture signed on December 2, 2024, Vietsovpetro Medical Center (TTYT) successfully organized the Conference to summarize production and business activities, the Labor Conference; Conference to summarize Party work in 2024 and deploy the Operational Orientation in 2025.

Attending the Conference, on behalf of Vietsovpetro's Board of Directors, there were Comrade Luong Quoc Dan - Member of the Party Standing Committee, Chief Economist - Chief Accountant of Vietsovpetro; Comrade Nguyen Thanh Phong - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietsovpetro Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture and Comrade Nguyen Dang Khoa - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Chief of Office of the Party Committee of Vietsovpetro Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture.

On the side of the Health Center, there was the presence of the Board of Directors of the Health Center, along with comrades who are members of the Executive Committee, members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, leaders of socio-political organizations, Party cells under the Party Committee of the Health Center, and Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments and staff working at the Health Center attending the ceremony.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Hiep - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Medical Center read the Summary Report on production and business activities in 2024 and Operational orientation in 2025.

The year 2024 is a challenge for health centers, when the human resources team has many changes, in which the medical service market is increasingly competitive.

Facing those difficulties and challenges, with flexible management and direction, with the highest solidarity and determination, the Medical Center has completed the production plan targets for 2024 assigned by the Board of Directors of Vietsovpetro. Moreover, the Medical Center has successfully completed the core functions and tasks of the Medical Center, which are health management, medical examination and treatment for employees of units in Vietsovpetro; Ensuring good emergency work on shore and at sea.

The conference listened to presentations including: "Digestive endoscopy under anesthesia at Vietsovpetro Medical Center - Golden solution for preventing gastrointestinal cancer" presented by Dr. Le Chung - Head of Department of Diagnostic Imaging - Laboratory; Presentation "Discussion on Medical Ethics in the journey of Health Care" presented by Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy - Head of Interdisciplinary Department; Presentation on "Medical work and health protection of workers on CTB - Vietsovpetro" presented by Dr. Phan Tat Thang - Head of Marine Medicine Department.

The discussions all revolved around the work of improving medical services to better serve the health care mission for Vietsovpetro employees as well as people in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

The conference also listened to the direction of comrade Luong Quoc Dan - Chief Economist - Chief Accountant of VietsovpetroVietsovpetro, and highly appreciated the achievements in production and business activities that the medical staff of the Medical Center has excellently achieved: Despite many difficulties, the medical staff of the Medical Center still strived to complete production and business tasks while implementing new services as well as proposing a plan to screen for cardiovascular diseases for employees at risk working on offshore projects. Comrade Luong Quoc Dan expressed his agreement with the presentation "Medical ethics in the journey of Health Care", thereby emphasizing the improvement of professional expertise as well as dedication in the process of caring for patients.

To achieve these successes, it is necessary to mention the strong directions of the Board of Directors of the Health Center and the efforts, solidarity and consensus of the staff of the Health Center. There are still many difficulties and challenges. In the coming time, to achieve the goals in production and business, the Health Center needs to propose positive and radical solutions to overcome difficulties and gradually improve the quality of medical services.

The conference awarded Certificates of Merit from the General Director of Vietsovpetro to the collectives that achieved the title of Excellent Labor Collective.

The Labor Conference was held right after the Conference summarizing production and business activities in 2024. The Conference listened to the Report on Trade Union Activities in 2024 and Orientation for 2025 presented by Comrade Pham Thi Thuy Duong - President of the Trade Union of the Medical Center. The report summarized the achievements in the Trade Union activities of the Medical Center in 2024 along with the remaining problems and difficulties and proposed directions and solutions to promote the Trade Union activities of the Medical Center in 2025.

The 2024 Party Work Conference listened to the 2024 Party Summary Report and 2025 Orientation presented by comrade Vu Viet Kieu - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Medical Center.

After more than 3 hours of serious and effective work, the Conference to summarize production and business activities, the Conference of Employees and the Conference to summarize Party work in 2024 of the Medical Center were successfully held with specific goals and plans to carry out tasks in 2025.
